Mercuri International och Johnson Controls har tillsammans vunnit ett eftertraktat Brandon Hall Group-pris i kategorin ”Excellence in Sales Performance”. Deras gemensamma vinst tillkännagavs den 19 augusti 2021. Vinnarna listas här.
Mercuri International vann priset tillsammans med Johnson Controls, den globala ledaren för smarta, hälsosamma och hållbara byggnader för deras samarbete kring deras Middle East & Africa Sales Excellence Academy som bygger på, av Mercuri International, väl beprövad frågeteknik, anpassad för att passa Johnson Controls specifika behov.

Ursprungligen skapades programmet för lärande levererat i klassrumsformat kring kärnämnena, Sales Skills, Product Fluency och Sales Process. Sedan pandemin började har dock akademin förvandlats till ett helt digitalt virtuellt format.

De tävlande utvärderades av en panel av oberoende seniora branschexperter, Brandon Hall Group-analytiker och chefer baserat på dessa kriterier: passande behov, design av programmet, funktionalitet, innovation och övergripande mätbara fördelar.
Vinnarna av Excellence Award är planerade att hedras vid Brandon Hall Groups HCM Excellence Conference, 1-3 februari 2022, på Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Utvalda vinnare kommer också att fungera som talare i breakout sessions och dela med sig av sina framgångsrika arbetssätt under konferensen.
