Philip was appointed President & Group CEO in January 2025.

Mathias Pilhage

Chief Financial Officer

Mathias has worked as CFO since 2013. He joined Mercuri International in 2010 as Business Controller/Deputy CFO. Previously Mathias worked at IBS AB from 2001, where he held business controller positions, lastly as Head of Group Finance. Mathias holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Växjö University.

Jenny Rahm

Chief Marketing Officer

Jenny founded the Digital Learning Center of Mercuri in 2018 and is responsible for the development and innovation of the sales training offer within the Group. She joined Mercuri in 2004 and has been Managing Director of MI Italy since 2007. Before joining Mercuri, she worked as Senior Consultant in Deloitte Consulting. Jenny holds a PhD in Political Science and Business Economic from the University of Salerno, Italy.

Henrik Frohm

Chief Operating Officer

Henrik has been Managing Director of Mercuri Sweden since 2022. Before joining Mercuri he played a pivotal role as a Principal Business Consultant at Fluido, a leading Salesforce partner. He has also worked as President (CEO/VD) at Mgruppen, Svenska Managementgruppen AB. Henrik’s background also includes advisory roles, such as being a Member of the Näringslivsrådet at Kungl. Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien (IVA) and serving as the Head of IHM Business Network at IHM Business School.
